About Us

STItems started the way most good things do: around a kitchen table, with a big idea and not much else.

We're a small family business. It's just the three of us — two parents and a teenager who kept asking "but why can't we make it ourselves?" That question turned into a laser engraver in the garage, then a UV printer, then a 3D printer, and before long we had a proper little workshop humming away every evening and weekend.

Every product we make is made by hand, to order, by us. We don't hold stock. We don't outsource. When you order something, one of us picks it up, sets it up, and runs it. We check it before it goes in the box. We pack it ourselves.

That means it takes a little longer than ordering from a warehouse. But it also means that when something arrives at your door, a real person made it with care — not a machine in a factory that's never heard your name.

We make coasters, keyrings, plaques, gifts, and all sorts of custom pieces. If you can imagine it, there's a good chance we can make it. Just ask.
